Position Title: Fitness Coach
Position Type: Permanent part-time and full-time positions
Position Reports To: Regional Director of Fitness
Compensation: Potential to make $45,000+ per year on a full-time basis
Location: Fairfield and Westchester Counties
OnSpot Fitness Inc.:
OnSpot Fitness is a new concept in the delivery of Fitness, Nutritional and Behavioral coaching. OnSpot is a low-cost, in-home service provider that helps members form habitual changes that lead to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Job Description:
The Fitness Coach will:
- have a genuine passion for carrying out OnSpot Fitness’ mandate to improve its customer’s health and wellness
- design goal-oriented training sessions, specific to the client’s needs
- ensure all exercises are performed safely and with proper form
- motivate clients to achieve their goals through gentle encouragement
- monitor clients’ progression towards targets and modify training in response to their progress
- travel to customer’s residence or business to provide fitness coaching
- be provided incentives to recruit and retain OnSpot customers
- be provided career opportunities within the growing OnSpot Fitness business
Other Requirements:
- Personal Trainer Certification (in your response, please indicate from what organization)
- CPR certification
- Must carry personal liability insurance
- College degree a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very motivated with high energy
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to a clean, presentable vehicle during business hours
